Dr. Mai is truly an exceptional dentist! She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and most importantly, super patient with kids. My son immediately felt comfortable with her and now absolutely loves visiting her , my 6 years old son already been more than five times and always looks forward to seeing her again for cleanings, decay removal, and fillings. And also for her recommendation about tooth sealing to protect permanent teeth. As a parent, I was initially very anxious about the procedures, but Dr. Mai made the entire experience smooth, easy, and genuinely unforgettable in the best way. She explains everything clearly, answers every question with a cheerful attitude, and always ensures both the child and parent feel at ease. The clinic itself is spotless and very family friendly , Kids are entertained with books and a beautiful fish tank outside, which makes the waiting time enjoyable. The staff are equally wonderful: friendly, accommodating, and super responsive via WhatsApp or calls.
