Patient Reviews
I would like to give a 5 star review to Ms. Sheikha of Medical 1. First of all, she took the time to introduce herself and told me not to worry she would take care of me. Of course, I took it as mere lip service. But boy, did she take good care of me. Not only was she competent, she is kind, attentive and most of all the very definition of a patient advocate. Because she listened, i was able to avoid unnecessary tests and even a VERY unnecessary treatment. I mean, who listen to the patient and took history? She actually did. Sadly not the same can be said to the other personnels, they took one look of my chart (I dunno..) and dispatched orders after meeting me for less than 2 minute at a distance. So, nothing much to say about that. This experience and illness is a nightmare for me and for my family. With the hospitals nonchalance attitude and lack of empathy it made it all sad. But one light was Ms. Sheikha, she smiled and bantered with me to lessen my anxiety. She did not look at me as a patient but as a human being that deserved to be seen and listened. I hope she reads this and knows how grateful I am of her. Her parents should be proud. Your institution is lucky to have her, And I know that her future patients will be blessed to have her.
On 28 December 2025 at around 6:00 a.m., the nurse who checked my mother’s vital signs acted unprofessionally. My mother was unconscious, yet the nurse assumed payment would not be made and tried to delay required tests. She shouted, used inappropriate language, and did not communicate properly. This behavior was discriminatory and caused distress during an emergency.
The reception/cashier are careless and giving the wrong documents on the customer and wasting other peoples time instead of saying sorry he is laughing and being rude. (Receptionist name Adnan Haidarah)
I have visited Saif hospital icu on date 23rd Jan 2026 time around 10pm to know the status and visit the patient.the security behaviour was not at all acceptable where he put tooth pick in his mouth and reply very rude, also ignoring the conversation and watching insta reels.he denied to say his name as well.
The worst hospital I have seen in my life. They just ask me what is the problem I told them my patient have pain in stomach and back and within 5 seconds she replied me to go to another hospital. It means either they don't have competent doctor or they don't want to work. My visit time was 9:30 AM approximately. First impression is the last impression.
