I visit this clinic regularly for laser hair removal with Gabeno and hands down he is the best technician in town. His attentiveness to detail and precision is magnificent, as well as his humble and outgoing character which puts my nerves at ease. If there’s a way to override a 5 star rating I would any day, any time. Well done Gab!
I’m writing this because I am furious and completely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at the laser department. The nurses are NOT precise with their work, and it shows…badly. Even something as basic as shaving before the procedure was done carelessly and roughly. But that’s not even the worst part. my skin is burned . Not just irritated burned! I now have painful patches of rough, damaged skin that I’m trying to heal all over again because of the carelessness I experienced here. This is not a minor issue. I trusted this place with my skin and instead walked away injured. You can’t just dismiss this as part of the healing process. I’ve had laser before———this is NOT how it’s supposed to go. I feel like I’ve been treated like some rushed-through number instead of a patient who deserves care and precision. Get your staff properly trained, improve your standards, and STOP damaging people’s skin. I expected results, not wounds.
I really want to thank Dr. Rana haleem for her comforting approach and the sense of ease she creates — especially for someone like me who used to avoid any procedures. The results of the pinky injection are just amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The administration department showed a complete lack of cooperation and professionalism. Communication was poor, and instead of helping, they made the process more difficult and frustrating. Patients deserve respect and proper support, but unfortunately, this was not provided here.
