I had a 14-day postnatal care session with Ayur Heritage and had a very good experience. My therapist, Ms. Nisa, was truly caring, professional, and very dedicated. She made sure I was comfortable at every step. Her massages were very good, and I could clearly feel the benefit after each session. Every session felt worthwhile. Ms. Nisa was also extremely gentle and attentive with my baby. My baby was very comfortable with her, which gave me great peace of mind. She consistently ensured that both my baby and I were well cared for throughout the sessions.
