Horrible experience. I booked an appointment and went with my sister. After the doctor’s checkup, they kept trying to convince us to do a needle treatment. We decided to try the offer first to see if they were professional before committing to anything extra. They first put us in a shared room that was basically an X-ray room (seriously). When we complained, they changed the room and asked us to remove our clothes and wait for the masseuse. After waiting 30 minutes, a staff member came in and said, “Sorry, we don’t have anyone available today. You can come another day.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. If you’re going because of an offer, don’t go. Terrible service.
