I am writing this review as a mother, sharing our experience with Cosmo Surgery Clinic for my daughter. From the very beginning, the team was supportive, professional, and extremely responsive. They guided us through every step, from coordination and pre-surgery arrangements to post-operative care, which gave us a lot of reassurance as parents. Communication was always clear and timely, and we never felt left in the dark. Cosmo Surgery Clinic recommended Dr. Basam as my daughter’s surgeon, and we are very, very happy with that recommendation. He performed a severe deviated septum full reconstruction surgery for her, and 15 days after the procedure, her healing has been smooth and her results already look very natural. Her nose was previously crooked due to a past trauma, and the improvement is remarkable. As a parent, seeing her comfortable, confident, and recovering well means everything. We are genuinely grateful to Cosmo Surgery Clinic for their care, professionalism, and for recommending the right doctor. As a parent, I can confidently say we felt supported and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this place. Took me a while to find a salon that has good service, quality procedures and no “hard sell”. Currently very happy with Remya for laster removal and all the ladies who perform hydra facial. The dermatologist was very helpful (helpful advice, clear plan with what procedures to go through with no pushing of unnecessary treatment). Also the parking is always available (B2), which makes my visits smooth.

I was drawn to Cosmo Mirdif because of Dr Anil’s stellar reputation. I can’t thank him enough for the results he achieved with my Invisalign journey - he certainly lives up to expectations. He’s excellent at what he does and I wouldn’t go to any other orthodontist. Dr Sushma Lewis is an angel in human form; a lovely, bubbly and extremely knowledgable endodontist. I’ve done a number of procedures with her and she’s always handled them with utmost care. I’d like to also thank Dr Neha and Dr Umar who I’ve also seen in between sessions for check-ups. The medical team is solid at this clinic and you’re in good hands regardless of which doctor/assistant you’re seeing on the day. They truly care about maintaining the integrity of your teeth and won’t ever push you into procedures you don’t need. My only feedback would be for the admin team to be more organised. I have found that they do not always follow up properly via WhatsApp and overbook so keep you waiting a long time when you reach for a scheduled appointment. This has improved recently but is still generally a sticking point.
