Very disappointing experience. Call center and accountant staff dosent now how much there service coast , showing a clear lack of transparency. There is no invoice provided to confirm any service or price, and no refund receipt is ever issued. Staff communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. Clients requesting refunds are treated poorly. Management seriously needs to improve transparency, professionalism, and customer care.
Finally find best clinic for my daughter teeth treatment.she is cooperating.we tried HMS mediclinic American hospital MEDCARE.this is only clinic she is comfortable with.especially Dr Seba.Thx appreciate her expertise and patience to take care of my daughter.
Dr. Tharwa Salha she is the best pediatric dentist around, was amazing with my niece 7 years old and made her feel comfortable . The clinic is so kid oriented. Front desk team are so friendly and quick.
The best pediatric clinic in town! The dentists are good in handling kids, and you can be assured that your kids are treated with great care! Highly recommended 🙌🏼
It was really a pleasent visit for my child with Dr. Farah. The staff in general are very helpful and nice to deal with especially Mr. Amro Nais. All in all it was a 5 out of 5 experience.
