my recent interaction with the receptionist Mariam was disappointing. She was unexpectedly unprofessional, and defensive. she lack proper training and professional language and attitude. A receptionist is often the first point of contact for patients, and professionalism, patience, and empathy are essential. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it reflects on the overall patient experience

One of the worst clinics I have been to .. the waiting line is TOO long and you have to wait for 2 hours just to see the Dr. and he will give u only 5 min of his time .. he prescribed me some medicines without even waiting for my blood results to come and he told me to come after 1 - 2 weeks for the results as walk-in. When I came they kept me waiting for 2 hours without checking if the Dr. will see me and after that I went to his room to know if he will see me and he acted surprised that he is not aware that there is a patient waiting for him even though the nurse asked him and he told her he can’t. It’s just a waste of time and I believe there are many other clinics that respect your time and really care about their patients.

Good clinic

Dr. Fatih Al-Khatib is one of the best endocrinologists I've ever dealt with. His approach is very refined; he explains the condition clearly and understandably, and gives the patient ample time. His diagnosis is accurate, his treatment plan is well-thought-out, and he makes you feel comfortable and reassured from the very first visit. The staff at the endocrinology center are also very cooperative, and the organization is excellent.
