Today, I consulted Dr. Yasmin, a pediatrician, for my 14-year-old son. She is by far the best doctor I have ever met. She was incredibly kind and empathetic and spent almost an hour speaking with my son. She was amazing and is definitely a great asset to the team. I sincerely thank SEHA and Dr. Yasmin for such a wonderful experience.
Alhamdulillah, today I visited SEHA Clinic (Mohammed Bin Zayed Health Care Center) for my Umrah vaccination (Influenza). The service was excellent, and the cost was completely free. The whole process took less than 30 minutes (Sunday morning, 10:45). From the reception desk to the nurses, everyone was very professional and kind. Thank you for the wonderful service.
One doctor is disrespectful to other people. I was talking to the nurse then she came and interrupt our conversation without saying “excuse me” she thinks she’s the only person in the world. She is wearing hijab. Next time please be mindful of other people even if i am not wearing hijab. We are also patient and should be treated with equality and respect.
I had appointment in ophtha clinic today, i came from far area and wasn’t told that doctor is sick off … its truly doesn’t make sense as ppl come from far areas.. simplest thing to call and update patients and it will not make effort to do that only minutes !!!!!!!!!!!
