We took our cat Lilly to The City Vet Clinic, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, calm, and very professional, which immediately made both us and our cat feel at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and treated Lilly with great care and compassion. You can really tell that they genuinely care about animals and not just about getting through appointments quickly. The clinic is clean, well organized, and very well equipped. We felt confident and reassured throughout the entire visit. Highly recommended for anyone in Dubai looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional veterinary clinic. We will definitely come back with Lilly if needed.

Dr.Abraham is the kindest and friendly pet vet I have had the pleasure to meet in Dubai and his life and profession are hundred percent dedicated to the well being of birds&animals. Abraham is a dog lover as me and we both have 2 cuties imported from Hungary,the clinic does help with the paper work of importing your fur babies relocating anywhere around the world at affordable prices and very fast. Tip: the time visitors receive a 20% discount on their first consultation. -The services available are : grooming,consultation,boarding facilities,they help with the documents needed for importing and exporting your fur children and assist you with any questions with patience and prescious information.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this vet more highly. We have two lovely cats who’ve been coming here for about a year, and it’s such a comfort to have a team of genuinely caring people who truly put the animals first… not just profit. Every single member of staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. They’re always quick to reply on WhatsApp and somehow manage to fit us in, even for last-minute appointments. A few months ago, Dr. Aslan actually saved our kitten’s life. We texted just moments before arriving, and the team was already waiting at the door, ready to take her in and help. If you’re thinking about using any other vet… don’t. You won’t find a more dedicated, compassionate, and skilled group of people anywhere else.
