I had a very positive experience at NMC Shahba Clinic, but I would especially like to highlight Dr. Bhanu, who is an excellent endocrinologist. Dr. Bhanu is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen carefully, understand the patient’s concerns in depth, and explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a very clear and reassuring manner. Her calm approach and attention to detail make you feel confident and genuinely cared for, which is especially important for long-term endocrine conditions. The clinic staff were also polite and well-organized, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Bhanu for anyone looking for expert and empathetic endocrine care.

Very frustrating and confusing experience at NMC Shahba. The staff kept saying that the insurance request was sent from here to the NMC central team, and then the central team would forward it to the insurance company. However, even after 4–5 hours, nothing was properly processed. I contacted my insurance provider directly, and they confirmed that no request was received for hours. There was no clarity on where the delay actually was — NMC Shahba or NMC central — but as a patient, I was made to wait endlessly without proper answers. Such internal coordination issues should not affect patients. This kind of delay is unacceptable and a complete waste of time. I have never experienced such slow processing in any other NMC branch. If you want to waste your time go here and do it.
