most of the staffs and nurses doesnt care with the patients and not friendly at all . my experience with dr. Vidhi was good , she explains her diagnosis to me so well. but the nurse who assisted wasnt so good , and not so friendly , as well she is not so attentive. then next from the reception , they are "ok" . they other lady there asked me if i can answer some sort of a survey and (kindly) asked me to mention her name , it was find for me to give survey but she didnt assist me i think its unfair if i will mention her name. then afterwards , due to the dr's precription , i needed to give some urine sample , i went to the sample collection room to get some container but no one was there , so i went to the nurse's station and asked the lady who was sitted there , i assumed she is a dr bec she wasnt wearing the nurse's uniform neither the receptionist's uniform, i asked her where i can fine the nurse bec i need to collect a container to submit my sample , and she said" you can just wait there , eventually they will appear" and she didnt even make an effort to check on her colleagues. so i went back in the reception and i told to the gentlemant there that there was nobody there in the collection room. and he called someone and he told me i can go back in the collection room to get the container . so on my way back , one nurse was callinv my name " Aira !" , and she saw me and i said yes . then she said " come here" ( without any tiny touch of politeness tune , like annoyed ) so i followed her , she went directly to the computer , printed a sticker with my name on it , and then she asked " full name ?" then i answered ( i gave my full name) then she give me the container and said " just drop in that window once done " ( she was talking about the window in the sample collection room. this nurse is named Suji. i can imagine that everyone was already tired bec i came at 4:23 pm but we as patients , we are depending in them, doesnt matter what time during the day we go to the clinic or hospital , they should treat everyone fairly and kindly. disclaimer: i didnt re-read again what i just typed , some typo errors might occur .

Dr. Neha Bhardwaj, Dermatologist at Sports City, is an exceptional doctor who truly exemplifies what medical care should mean. She accurately identified the skin infection affecting my children and developed a clear, structured treatment plan. Throughout the entire process, she was patient, thorough, and extremely supportive. She helped us manage follow-up appointments, ensured continuity of care, and most importantly, made my children feel comfortable and safe at every visit. This was not a short treatment. It required consistent management over 4–5 months, and it was only because of her diligence, empathy, and professionalism that the condition was treated successfully. I am deeply grateful to her and hold her in the highest respect. I sincerely hope more doctors learn from her example of genuine compassion, responsibility, and true duty of care. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Aster Clinic Sports City. The staff were very accommodating, and Geisel and Arpana were especially helpful and kind throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended.
