Lovely atmosphere and great experience there. Dr Rami is amazing doctor and super professional. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and everything went smooth, from now I'm not afraid of dentists anymore! Dr May did a teeth cleaning for me, she's very nice and I'm happy with a result. Thank you!
I booked ESPECIALLY to put a metal retainer and mouth cleaning, they said yes. When i get there they tell me they dont do retainers, but we can do mouth cleaning. Waste of time, horrible communication. They knew and they still took the appointment saying yes, the girl in reception didn't even apologized and they didn't even offer to pay for my parking (apart from the waste of time). Waste of time and money so they can try to do one treatment and then send me somewhere else for the other treatment. I d like to be contacted by the manager or owner of this place please.
I had my cleaning done by Dr. May, and she was both highly experienced and warm in handling her patients. The clinic’s cozy and calming ambiance made the visit even better. From Ms. Richelle at the reception, who assisted us while waiting, to the staff and doctors, everyone was well-trained, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
