The front desk is a mess, especially the middle guy who took hours to register and months to release my prescription. I have my prescription in my hand via the insurance, and I can get free home delivery through them, but I still want to purchase from Aster Pharmacy as a token of appreciation. However, the staff at the front desk unnecessarily hold the prescription and leave the desk. That was a Sunday, and very few patients were on the day, and still they are arguing about the workload during holiday

First time coming in this Aster Clinic branch. One specific doctor there was shouting at his patients for not being aware of their ticket number as he said he should be leaving by 8:30. Take note, there are lots of patients that time waiting in the lobby and they are seeing and can hear him shout at the top of his lungs and the 2 patients he shouted at must be so embarrassed while the nurses were smiling and making faces like it was a normal thing for them. It was very unprofessional and shows arrogance. For a health provider that has the tagline of "We'll treat you well"?? I don't think so.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today. I waited over 1.5 hours outside the doctor’s room with no proper updates. The staff kept saying “You’re next” while letting other patients go in, claiming they were pre-booked, but no one bothered to inform me about this in advance. When I finally asked for a refund and said I didn’t want to continue, the receptionist shamelessly said, “You can enter next.” That response showed zero respect for patients’ time or frustration. I told him clearly I would never come back, took my refund, and left. This place has very poor management, no communication, and no concern for patient experience. Definitely not recommended.

I visited the hospital on 14th July and experienced a delay of approximately 1.5 hours outside the doctor's room. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the staff regarding the status of the consultation. We were unaware that the room was unoccupied after the previous patient had left, and it was only after we inquired that we were informed the doctor was on a phone call. This lack of timely communication led to unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve coordination and communication between staff and patients to enhance the overall experience. Very bad service. Irresponsible people
