My experience today at this gym was not very good. I went for a trial session because I was considering signing up, even though the membership price is very high (over 1500 AED per month). I still wanted to give it a fair chance. First, there is only one bathroom for the entire gym even though it has two floors. So if you’re training upstairs and need to use the bathroom, you have to walk all the way down, which is very inconvenient. Second, there was no music playing at all, which made the atmosphere feel very dull. It didn’t feel like a gym environment — it almost felt like working out in silence somewhere else. The most concerning issue, however, was the behavior of some members. Some people were speaking Arabic and making inappropriate comments about others in the gym, especially about women. They were pointing and making disrespectful remarks about people’s bodies, assuming others could not understand their language. Unfortunately, both my sister and I heard these comments ourselves. Because of this, the overall experience felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. On the positive side, the equipment itself is actually very good and well maintained. However, the other issues mentioned above made the experience disappointing, and personally I would not recommend this gym.

Almost perfect gym. Huge assortment of machines,free weights and cardio equipment. Always kept very clean and tidy. Great classes and instructors. The only problem and why I’ve marked it as 4 stars is the lack of cable attachments and also the quality. 2 cable ropes is not enough for a gym of this size and some of the attachments have been damaged for at least a year now (photo). Would be the perfect gym if some investment was made into a good set of attachments so you don’t need to walk around the gym trying to find one.

The gym facility is clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The equipment is modern, high-quality, and there’s plenty of variety for both strength training and cardio. One of my favorite is the cold plunge it’s a game changer for recovery and always kept at the perfect temperature. Highly recommend Wellfit to anyone looking for a premium fitness experience! 💪

I work out here about three to five times a week, and I can confidently say the cleanliness is the best among all the gyms I’ve ever been to. The only thing I wish is that they would stay open a bit later — closing at 11 p.m. feels a little early. They also host occasional events for members, which makes coming here even more enjoyable. And the best shot with swimming pool always!

The gym itself is ok overall. Daniela is amazing — super professional and definitely the highlight. Fly yoga classes are also really nice, both instructors are great. But everything else -just ok. Reception and management are honestly terrible. Once you’ve paid for your membership, it feels like they stop caring. No idea what customer service means. My sister actually fell at the gym entrance, twisted her ankle badly, and ended up in the ER. She was in a cast for a full month. I told the receptionist and a manager — the guy literally laughed, said no one reported anything, promised to check, and then disappeared. We never even got a call to ask if she was okay. Would we renew another year? No. Would we recommend it? Definitely not — even though we live right next to it in MAG City. We also shared to everyone about our experience!
