Dulsco medical clinic they have good service at the reception but doctors have poor service they work very very slowly you sit for long time before they attend the patient

🔹 Overall Rating: I would rate the clinic 70%. My visit was for a pre-employment medical test. 🔹 Waiting Time: Make sure to come early. I arrived at 11:00 AM and left at 3:30 PM. The process was relatively slow. 🔹 Reception: Staff were respectful and cooperative. They try their best to assist and organize things smoothly. 🔹 Medical Team: Excellent and professional: The phlebotomist was very gentle, and there was almost no pain, even for those afraid of needles. The general doctor was kind and polite. 🔹 Negative Points: No number display system – they call out names manually. Names are often mispronounced, so you need to stay alert to avoid missing your turn. 🔹 Medical Check Includes: 1. Room 14: Height, weight, blood pressure 2. Room 23: Chest X-ray 3. Room 14 again: General health check and interview 4. Blood tests (vein + finger prick) and urine sample 🔹 Important Notes: You must fast before the tests. Bring your passport and Emirates ID. Fee: 350 AED

Dear Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at your facility. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service provided. The female Indian receptionist displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, which left a very negative impression. Additionally, the system in place is extremely slow, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for patients who are already under stress. I sincerely request the management to look into these issues and improve the service quality to meet the expectations of your patients. Thank you

Unfortunately they are not behaving like professional. Clinic time is from 9am and staff starts arriving 9:15. And again for 15 minutes more having chitchat and making fun of each other. There attitude is like they're giving a huge favour to us to come to the work. Very disappointed and feeling sad for everyone who came here including me. This is not a place for fun, if someone is not feeling well that's why visiting Clinic and staff behaving like........................(I don't want to say bad words hopefully you get my point) In one hour reception entertained 6 person only, i believe my whole day will be here at Al quos clinic. Again I would say very disappointing.....

Really this Dulsco medical clinic are very slow, slow service, im still waiting 1hrs for this service but I can not get any response,them. Please take a step, because very sensitive issue this is!!
