Not only was the treatment tailored to my specific needs, but their expertise in approch & communication was truly remarkable. made me feel heard and supported throughout the entire rehabilitation process. I am now back to my daily activities, thanks to their dedicated, professional, and patient approach.

Disappointing communication experience with physiotherapy department I had an unfortunate interaction with Mr. Mohamad Nawaz from the physiotherapy department that left me dissatisfied with the customer service at this facility. When I requested to initiate the insurance claim process immediately rather than waiting until the next working day, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of explaining the procedures or offering alternative solutions, Mr. Mohamad Nawaz became argumentative over what I felt was a reasonable request. What particularly concerned me was overhearing him mischaracterize our exchange to a doctor, suggesting that I had instigated conflict when I had simply been advocating for prompt service. I understand that administrative processes have their timelines, but professional communication and accurate representation of patient interactions should be standard, regardless of the circumstances. I hope the management will address this to ensure other patients receive the respectful service they deserve.

I visited Medcare Marina multiple times, mainly because of back issues. Dr Rahul Shinde is very professional, explains in detail all the issues, next steps and recommends multiple remedies. The whole staff is very nice, welcoming and efficient - Mohammed Nawaz, Wajiha and especially Pratishtha the physiotherapist.
