I visited this lab today at 7:30 PM for testing, as the closing time is mentioned as 11:00 PM. I drove there after work, expecting the services to be available. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. After waiting for some time, the nurse said the receptionist was on leave, so the test couldn’t be done. This was quite disappointing and confusing. If testing services are not available after a certain time, the actual working hours should be clearly mentioned. It’s frustrating to travel after work only to be turned away due to staff unavailability. I hope the management looks into this and improves communication and staffing during working hours.
Worst lab ever they don’t care about patients result quality and the lady in reception is very rood and keeps changing her words They collect blood in wrong blood draw which results in inaccurate results
I’ve had a great experience with AVM Labs in the UAE. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth. Their prices are quite reasonable, especially given the quality of service. I called AVM from today morning multiple times, no answer, sent message no response there is auto response from 9 am till 2.35 pm the same reply, no use, i don't want to waste my time, i thought they are better than Thyrocare comparatively, Thyrocare is much better than AVM
