Seems like aster clinic is having shortages of doctor’s these days, after check up doctor recommended to some check and come back with report.However, almost 1 week now not able to get any appointments because every time i been said all slots are taken and in all different branches. Being a woman i was okey to consult with male doctor as well (because Female doctor’s not available), still doctor slot are all taken they tell you to call after 2 days and after two days again slots are taken. I’m surprised that as per them they have only 3 locations in dubai for ULTRASOUND. So while waiting to get doctor’s appointments people health conditions might get worse. So better to look for other convenient Clinic’s!

Dear Clinic Management, I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your clinic, which unfortunately was very disappointing. I visited the clinic due to significant pain in a specific area of my back (not the entire back), and I was clearly in discomfort. I waited for approximately 20 minutes, which I understand can be normal in a busy clinic. However, once I entered the doctor’s office, the consultation lasted less than five minutes. I was not physically examined, I was not asked clearly to show the exact location of the pain, and I was not asked to lie down for any proper clinical examination. No checks related to breathing or movement were done, which I believe are basic parts of assessing such a condition. Unfortunately, I left the clinic feeling that my condition was not taken seriously, and this was a very disappointing experience. As a patient, I expected at least a proper examination and sufficient attention to my health concern. I am writing to bring this matter to your attention and to kindly request that patient consultations be given adequate time and proper clinical assessment. Thank you for your time and understanding

During our holiday in Dubai, our daughter suddenly became unwell, and we were fortunate enough to be seen by Dr Smit Mehul Vadodariya at Aster Clinic, Al Barsha. From the very first interaction, his compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for our daughter were clear. He treated her with utmost care and concern and reassured us at every step. What truly stood out was the way he continued to check in on us afterwards - sending daily messages to ask how she was doing and offering guidance whenever we needed it. This level of personal follow-up is something we have never experienced before, and it made a world of difference while we were far from home. We are now back in the UK with immense gratitude for the kindness he showed us. It is not often you come across a doctor who combines medical expertise with such humanity. Highly recommended - an outstanding doctor who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. A true gem for the clinic!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Shahid Rashid, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about my visit, but Dr. Shahid was incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which really put me at ease. The level of care and professionalism he exhibited made all the difference. I would also like to commend his assistant, Arunima, She was so attentive and supportive throughout the process.
