Patient Reviews
I had a great experience with this therapist her name is jamila.I came in with back pain, and after the session my pain was completely gone. They were very professional, attentive, and really knew what they were doing. I felt listened to and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with back pain or muscle issues and the receptionist Nina is very accommodating and friendly. all are professionals.
I had a wonderful experience with Karen and Coco. Their work quality is outstanding, and they have such positive energy. They are highly skilled, pay great attention to detail, and truly understand the client’s needs. The warm welcome from the receptionist made the experience even better, and the team’s focus on customer comfort was exceptional. Highly recommended!
We’ve been here twice already and both times were really good. The place is clean, relaxing, and the staff are super nice. The massage felt great and the therapists really know what they’re doing. Just giving 4 stars because there’s still a bit of room to improve, but overall, it’s definitely a nice spot to chill and de-stress. We’ll for sure come back again!
My husband came in today for a massage and when he have explained to the receptionist (FILIPINA LADY) that he have a skin condition (PSORIASIS) which is by the way not contagious (meaning it doesn't spread to any other people because it's hereditary). My husband have expected that the receptionist have understood what he has explained twice. The Medical Asst. or probably a doctor (which the receptionist kept on saying) was also there at the reception the time my husband explained all the details of his skin condition. My husband went to the room and the massage therapist who went inside his room just looked at him and run out and left without any explanation. The Medical Asst/Doctor came in and ask what is his skin condition (DUDE YOU WERE THERE AT THE RECEPTION WHEN MY HUSBAND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS HIS SKIN CONDITION). I DO NOT BELIEVE that they have a professional doctors to assist in a massage clinic. Then the receptionist came into the room where my husband is half naked (very unethical to not closed the door, while other people from outside saw him). He was informed that they refuse to give my husband the service. So he changed clothes and when he was about to leave, they said that they can do the service which is like 10 mins for my husband to wait. I do not think that what they did can give back the discrimination and embarrassment. Damaged has been done. TCM Al Barsha Therapy Center at Saratoga Building Al Barsha are the worst, unethical and uneducated people. I felt the
I came to this clinic for the first time for a massage and explained to the receptionist that i had a heriditary skin condition known as (psoriasis) and please explain to the massage therapist on my skin condition before entering the massage room. More than 70 million people in the world have psoriasis. I went in the massage room. After 5 minutes the massage therapist came in and immediately left, than after 5 minutes the medical assistant(claimed that hes the doctor) he came in and asked about my skin condition Not having any idea about what psoriasis is. He asked if my condition would spread which is ignorant and negligent. I already explained at the front desk. He left. After 5 minutes the receptionist came in and explained to me that the massage therapist is refusing to give me a massage and i need to leave. That they dont want to give me a massage. I repeated my condition to the receptionist and without confirmation she told me to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting. I got dressed. 3 people came in the room in 20 minutes without survice. I felt very discreminated. Every day i live with challenges of this skin condition and went to a massage clinic, to relieve imflamation in my body and stress. I did not get a massage and left very stressed. I have lived in dubai for 13 years and get massages at moe therapy center ( near by competitors) for the last 5 years, 3_4 times a month without any discremenation, and great service. This staff is not trained well. Never apologized and
