Today my friend fall down when I back from duty. I quickly inform to our camp doctor. But he told me the patient condition is not normal so, u need bring it to hospital when I reach to hospital the security ask me too much question (how he fall, why he fall) and it last he tell me your insurance not accept here that why for this treatment we charge 2000-2500 darham. But when I told them I call to his camp doctor then he told me wait!

I had a terrible experience here previously, but this time it's worse, and I should write a review because it's my moral obligation to let people know how awful they are and what kind of service they provide. My college had an incident when his leg got caught between the car jack and the automobile door in a car workshop, severely injuring it. I had to accompany him to the hospital. In order to minimize his suffering, I had to proceed with the emergency section and get everything ready right away. However, the experience was so bad that we had to wait for a doctor to examine it for ten minutes, and even then, we had to wait over an hour to receive a token.nnIt appears like the receptionists don't even give a damn about us, even though we've asked them to act quickly because of an emergency. Finally, we received the token, but regrettably, it was on the first level, so we still had to walk there. When we arrived to the counter, they even didn't know who the doctor was! Which room does this doctor occupy? To get to the doctor, we were forced to walk further. For an emergency scenario, it took us around two hours to get to the hospital. Just consider how deadly that is. What would happen if we entered a non-emergency room? Undoubtedly, it would be a horrible may be. 04/09/2024

**Worst worst Experience!** I had a confirmed appointment with Dr. Sheena, but the hospital's utter disregard for patients became clear when I was left waiting for an hour, only to be informed that the doctor wasn’t available. This shows a shocking level of incompetence and a complete lack of respect for patients' time and well-being. Avoid this hospital if you value your time and health!

great hospital with great service and staff! big thanks to the support of Miss Alka, Bilal & Miss Ayesha and to the nurses Miss Jeany, Julie, Sruthila & Noble. They always have a big smile that makes me feel ok even i know i am not. Also to my great and helpful doctors, they are one of the bests on their fields Dr. Mudhasir and Dr. Rafeek, utmost thanks to both of you!!!

I would like to thank Ms. Ameera, the front office executive. From the moment I walked in, she ensured that my appointment process was smooth and efficient. She guided me through consulting the physicians, taking vitals, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and helpfulness truly made a difference in my visit.
