I am really disappointed of what I faced with very low service standard. Starting with the Telephone Operator untill the DOCTORS.nnRUN from this place if you want to be OK
Clean, hygienic, spacious parking, all staff are accommodating and thumbs up especially to Pediatrician Dr. Nevin A A Shebair who is very kind and caring.
There’s no system.. no organizationnI went to have a consultation with our pediatrician and he advised to do the altrasound .. usually the doctor for Altrasound finish at 3pmnAnd they booked for him 5:30pmnnI called in the next day to confirm it as the pediatrician told us the altrasound is only available till 3pm and I was surprised that they booked by 5:30nnAnd the funny thing is that when I called they confirmed the booking of 5:30pmnAnd at 2:50pm they called me to cancel it as the doctor leave at 3pmnnWhat is the system that you guys follow as it’s not respectful or not professionalnYou are not respecting the others case or situations
