Patient Reviews
This branch of aster pharmacy's quality of service is really pathetic...the management really need to work on their staffs behaviour to the patients. Even if you received a message from the insurance company that states the insurance is approved still, they will make you wait 30+ minutes.
Very good service especially home delivery by Mr Helal… he’s very efficient n on time delivery… Soumya sister is very professional n knows about medications
Impressed by the friendly staff, especially Miss Aysha. She has good knowledge about the products and provided attentive customer service..... ❤️✨👍
This one Second time nownnWhenever I go to this clinic, my blood pressure spikes because my appointment was at 5:40, and now it's 6:08. It seems like making an appointment is pointless; whether you have one or not, there are always issues.
Worst pharmacy, they are giving priority to cash customers even insurance is approved but cash customer os getting prority.nnI understand if insurance is not approved then you can give priority to cash customers but if insurance is approved then no need to give priority to cash customers
