We’ve had an excellent experience working with Bayzat and our Relationship Manager, Nathan Saldanha. Nathan provides outstanding service, is quick to respond and always goes the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. The system itself is continually growing and improving, making our HR processes smoother and more efficient.

Total scam, the software is full of glitches and suitable only for 9 to 5 jobs. Impossible to apply it for companies that have different shifts. They promised us a refund since 1 year, then they stopped returning our calls. Total shame. Stay away

as a customer personally, i am experiencing a bad experience in every service that they have provided. Lack of proper communication, neglecting emails, not even a proper follow up with the insurance. I had to follow up with the insurance and take the latest updates about everything.

A scam and a huge disappointment to say the least. We’re still waiting for our refund from since 2023. If you’re thinking to partner with them, I’d highly suggest considering another company. Their software was not at all customizable, had numerous technical issues - It is “not for everyone” like they promised and is definitely not for hospitality, it’s designed for the 9-6 work hours. The team including the account manager Nathan were super responsive and helpful prior to onboarding us and then as soon as we were signed up that was it… nothing more. We’re still waiting for a reply, they ignore our calls, they are completely unprofessional and were a huge waste of time and money.

Nathan has been a great help in integrating and launching the Bayzat system within our company that is tailored to business requirements. His support along with the support from the customer support team is exceptional and immediately respond to our concerns and queries. Overall, Bayzat is a great HR management system for leave management, engagement, performance management, payroll and expense management. The ability to integrate biometric attendance to the attendance feature and shift scheduler has been beneficial for reporting and payment calculations. Future changes i hope to see are improvements on custom reporting.
