Yesterday i was visiting the clinic coz i was sick I can’t even talk properly. Since I went there every single process got to long time ,I understand that might be because of our insurance policy got time but for everything we have ask time to time they are just keep saying that wait and are even not informing that we to go to the dr . The first things is they are just busy talking with coworkers instead of talking with patients.nI was went there in front desk for my sick leave this guy who was there in front desk counter 3 I heard that his name is nimen he was so rude . I mention to him clearly for Thursday and Friday but he gave me sick leave for Wednesday and Thursday that was also they didn’t send today until 9 pm and I texted them after that they send it to me but the date was wrong and text them again and i got call from them then i went to the clinic to talk to them. That guy who was there yesterday he was so rude and keep talking with his coworkers in there language instead of talking with me regarding the problem he was assisting another patient i was keep telling him that i was asking him my situation they didn’t solve the problem . I was so unsatisfied it was so disgusting service that I experienced in clinic it was so disappointing me . I hope when I have to go I don’t have to experience again this kind of service.

I like to come here before also their hospitality is very nice… good staffs. Nursing dep also. Sister Shefeeena miss sugitaa all are very nice since am coming here
