Again very bad experience in store and customer service cant help and no one listens. I order grey beige lenses -3 in store and they promise it will be delivered next day (Friday). Next day at 7 pm i get another color and they refuse to fix the problem before my event the (Saturday). I have to come to store, return and order new one. Then the new ones doesnt get delivered before the event instead the day after (Sunday). I had settle for this wrong order and all they can offer is 20% coupon which is nothing cus we already use esaad anyways
Yesterday I visited this branch. A very wonderful agency and very beautiful products. Very respectful customer service and many thanks to the work team and thanks for the good reception. The best eyeglasses agency in my opinion.

Worst optical shop, don't believe their marketing and what they say to you about their glass quality, scratch resistant, and made. They convinced me to buy their best product as it is scratch resistant that made in German. After 3 months, the glass got scratched, and I found out that itbis not made in german! It is made in China, but with German technology! When I returned the glass to them, they said we don't guarantee the scratches!
