I had a positive experience at Lifemed Polyclinic. The reception staff was friendly and organized, making check-in easy. My doctor was attentive and took the time to listen and explain things clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean, and my wait time was reasonable. Overall, I felt valued as a patient, and I would recommend this clinic to others❤️❤️
Please dont go to this place ever. This is the worst customer service i have experienced in dubai. All the negative reviews given are really true. I have been calling from last 4 days to talk to the doctor and they are not responsive. All i get to hear from the staff is doctor will call me back. I asked them to finally escalate the matter to the CEO and still no action was taken. Upon me calling them again and asking them to connect me to the CEO they transferred my call to HR person who was of no help and has told me the same story that doctor will call back. I suggest go to a place which values people and treat their patients well.
