Just done with my blood and urine sample collections (home care collections). NURSE VINCY came for sample collection, she is very considerate. Due to some misunderstanding and communication issue, she had been patient coming to my office to do the tests from my residence address. We didn’t have a good spot in the office to do the test, but she said it’s okay to do it wherever is convenient. Also NURSE VINCY’s smile is so contagious, she looks cute and very friendly. On top of that, I am proud to say that NURSE VINCY never took advantage of the fact that she had to travel from my home to the office, despite I gave a chance. Happy with NURSE VINCY’s service. :)

I had a disappointing experience at Novitas Clinic dubai international city branch evening. The receptionist was rude and made me wait for two hours.
