The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. My Favorite Dr. Sana who put forth a high level of effort to deliver results also the Nurse Soya who is very amazing since before. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. The electronic prescription process worked great. I will highly recommend “Al Shifa” at every opportunity. Great JOB !!!

Dr. Q Ahmed Qureshi is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly to his patients. He is dedicated to finding the right treatment, adjusting medications if needed, and never giving up until his patients are cured. His patience and determination in identifying the root cause of a condition set him apart. Unlike many others, he treats his patients with care and respect, making them feel valued. He also ensures I have all the necessary documents for my workplace without unnecessary costs, showing his genuine concern for my well-being. More than just a doctor, he feels like a caring brother or father, always looking out for his patients.nnAll the staff from reception and nurses are all positive vibes.nnOnly concern need to work on informing the patients about the result online ( I am waiting but I did not receive it.) maybe you can work on that.

Their Aesthetic department offers a wide range of treatments at very reasonable prices. I recently had a laser hair removal session, and I was very impressed with the results. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for more treatments in the future.

The Service is very excellent, it was my 1st time but I felt at home. Dr. Sruthi SJ Nair was very smooth and reassured me of how I will be okay. It was a very wonderful experience every one is welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Hassan at the customer service desk was very helpful as well.nAnd the hospital is very clean and organised and the service is fast I loved it really, thank you.
