Yesterday I had a heart surgery performed by Dr. Khaled Awad, and I am absolutely delighted with both the procedure and the follow-up care I received. The doctors and the entire staff were incredibly attentive, constantly monitoring my condition and showing genuine concern for my well-being.nThe room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.nIt truly felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with an excellent restaurant, and I was also getting the medical care I needed.nThank you all so much for your exceptional care!

Dr. Michel made sure to pass by us after the surgery directly in the recovery area to share the updates. He also visited our room where he gave us detailed overview on how the surgery went & he made sure to provide the instructions we need to follow at home.nnThank you for the Pediatric ward team as well for your kind and warm environment.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The front desk attendant and Dr. Michel Nehme were all very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how the Dr. took his time to explain my condition as well my treatment. I had a great visit and the doctor’s conduct has really put me at ease, besides the hospital is so clean and you truly feel comfortbale while visiting it. The best healthcare organization in Dubai in my opinion after years living here and visiting almost every single healthcare name you can think of.nnThe place has some of the best medical professionals I have ever seen, the place is very very organized and efficient in terms of process and people knows what to do, when, where and with whom, they have an amazing attention to details and truly adopt a different mindset than anything you will see in the city.nnAbove all they truly have a human centric approach when it comes to handle patients, they give you time, they talk, they show actual care.nnThe place is above and beyond in terms of a quality of a facility and being modern and comfortable.nnCurrently I don’t visit in any other place for me and my family except if we really really have to, I always prioritize visiting CMC before thinking about anywhere else.
