Tips and Toes – Al Furjan – Dubai

I enjoy Al Furjan Pavilion. Found my 2 best manicure and pedicure technicians and can’t be more happy. Bimala Rai is making best pedicure. She is cleaning my in growings so well that I feel I am flying after her pedicure.nnRegalada knows my preference very well and my manicure gelish last a month easily.nThank you.

I am a regular at Al Furjan branch and I always go there for my regular service. In addition I am irregular at the other location in Al Furjan . However, the experience today was extremely disappointing. I purchased a package in JulynUnder certain terms and conditions, however I was extremely disappointed today that they changed, and I was not informed about it. What was extremely disappointing Is that the attendant at the spa showed no courtesy or did not offer any way to support which is extremely disappointing and not what I usually get from both locations.nnPlease be aware not to buy the package as they charge a lot, not value for money and on top of that they change the terms and conditions without informing the customer.

Never again. Went because I had a voucher. What a mistake. Hair, I asked for ash blonde. It was very dark in the room when the hairdresser dried my hair it looked yellow, but I thought it might be the light. Went to the car and it was as yellow as the one star I gave for the review. Water was cold when he was washing my hair. I told him, he told me it was coming through. Asked me was it any better, I said marginally he never said anything after that and it continued to be luke wam at best. Also still my own colour all the way around the roots. Apparently, going from what he said , he could do it up to the root next time (what)? Had my nails done (Monday) chipped now on Saturday. There is a flaw in my big toe also on one footnPaid a fortune. Never again. Will go to my normal salon and pay half for my nails and will last 4-5 weeks and get the correct colour for my hair. Just to ask, is it really 1140 aed for root highlights? Or was I just ripped off. Also when I booked I was told the only hairdresser they had at the branch was male but now I read other reviews, people had their hair done by women so why was I put in a small dark room away from everyone else yo have my hair done by a man?

I just wanted to show my gratitude to an amazing human being, first of all, to Sapana hairdresser from Al Furjan Pavilion. She has been my hairdresser for the past 2 years and is always caring and polite. She will put her 100%. Even if she is not sure about something, she will do research, ask, and practice just to make her service even better. I deeply appreciate that . But most what I do appreciate is her heart and soul . Thank you, dear Sapana, for always giving beyond for work you really love to do. Hope she will be rewarded from management as she truly deserves. People are those who make business to thrive. Sapna is a very knowledgeable hairdresser. She really knew her stuff and advised me very well on all things hair-fall for tips & product recommendations. Look forward to my next cut with her💇🏽‍♀️
