I got introduced to German Neuroscience Center through my friend who recommended my current therapist. The staff of the center are very helpful and knowledgeable. They make the whole booking process very smooth and easy.

Staffs are very helpful and beautiful view from the waiting area over all Very nice Clinic.

Dr Schiess is an excellent doctor who patiently goes through the entire process. She is very caring. My son has improved quickly in a very short time.nnI just think that the Reception team needs more training in customer service, other than that you are in complete professional hands.nnYou might experience a Receptionist trying to get you to review all their three branches when you’ve only been to one, so you can politely let her know that you will review the branch you currently go to.nnMy experience in JLT clinic is fantastic and we will continue our procedures.

He explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood each step of the process, which greatly alleviated any anxiety I had. We as a couple visited Dr. Lavina Ahuja (Clinical Phycologist) and we found out doctor to be really helpful in understanding and addressing our matter. Appointment was always on time. She even accommodated us in her busy schedule even though we made appointment at the very last moment which was so nice of her.nnStaff was also really nice and welcoming with very neat environment & tea/coffee offering as well.nnI suggest whoever feels anxious, depressed or have any psychological issues, do pay her a visit.
