Poor customer queue system. Waited 1 HR 30 MIN for medicine which is more than the time taken to meet doctor and doing XRAY.
Delivery staff excellent service on time Deliver.
The staff can't manage rush time and insurance approval as slowly as any of the other Aster clinics. I would prefer please go to any other pharmacy when after your consultation.
Requested for a Insulin Pen injection worth 5 dhs at 10 pm and my request was kept on hold for 1:30 hrs for them to just come back and say, I will have to pay 3 dhs delivery charges.Finally delivered at 11:45 pm after a wait of ~2 HOURS.nNobody messages this late coz they have a lot of time to wait.Its urgent hence we have to request for delivery.nSometimes you need to sense the urgency too and not just focus on orders that pay more.Diabetic patients need to take their injections on time.Was home alone with my baby hence couldn’t even drive down to get it.Extremely sad to have witness this.Highly unprofessional.Either give a yes or a no and we try and get it from elsewhere.
I am happy to discover that ideal pharmacy. Previously, I had to spend from 15 minutes to 2 hours (!) in line at other drugstores at clinics. But now this problem has been completely resolved. There are no queues here at all. If I’m not far away, I personally come here from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. with a doctor's prescription and get my medicine by insurance approval very quickly. If I don't have time to come in person, I just send my prescription via WhatsApp at +971 54 307 8363, and have a free home delivery within 90 minutes. In case there is no medicine in stock, they arrange it from other drugstores. This is simply the best pharmacy in Dubai! Thank you very much for your truly excellent service!
