Mediclinic Ibn Battuta

Hi, I visited the IBN Battuta facility today and after consultation, requested and paid for sick leave certificate. I was informed it will be sent to my email and executive over the counter took my email address twice and still mentioned it incorrect in the system ( I got to know about it later).nnAt around 2pm I get in touch with call center to check the status of sick leave certificate and that’s when I was informed about incorrect email address. From 2 pm onwards until now (6:53 pm) I made so many calls and did follow-ups on request raised but no revert whatsoever is received proactively from their end. I was provided with direct line of IBN battuta branch but no one responded.nnI am really shocked and frustrated with the way request is handled by customer service executive over the desk and on call center. One of the pathetic service ever received from Mediclinic.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The environment was spotless and well-maintained, which created a sense of comfort and safety. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were addressed promptly. I truly appreciate the effort put into maintaining such a welcoming and efficient medical center.

-5 stars.nBottom notch experience.nBooked a pediatric appointment for my daughter. On the day of the appointment, after reconfirming the day before, they say the doctor cannot see children my daughter’s age. Absolutely clueless, useless, and time wasters. Patients in need should not be messed around like this. UNRELIABLE

Besides the Dr’s I see at Ibn Batuta, Suzette and her team of nursing staff are amazing 🤩 Always exceptionally professional, polite and helpful, making one feel comfortable throughout the visitnnMy veins are not easy to locate when needing to give blood, but the staff are not only comforting but also skilled. The supervisor herself came to assist and made me feel at ease, quickly getting the bloods required. I feel most comfortable visiting the facility when required, Thank You!

I've recently moved to Dubai and have been hunting for an ObGyn as I'm now already into the latter stage of my pregnancy. I saw a couple doctors at other hospitals, but didn't find the right fit. I found Dr.Shelia through the Google reviews and I'm happy to say my hunt has ended.nnRight from the check in at reception, to nurse Cindy, to billing and pharmacy, and finally the Doctor, every one were amazing, excellent service with smiling faces! Dr.Sheila, wasn't rushed, she answered my questions patiently, gave me an explanation of all the medication prescribed and was just so warm and friendly. What I also liked was that she explained her delivery process as well.nnThe clinic itself is spacious with lots of seating and very clean.
