Aster Pharmacy – Ribbon Mall, Motor City (143)

I visited Aster Pharmacy in Ribbon Mall and found their service to be very friendly and lovable, with attentive staff with no negligence. Especially, one of the staff members, Hima Susan, stood out for her exceptional service

The platform is simple and easy to use. However, I have learned that an item I ordered was out of stock while available in the platform. This item should be marked unavailable in the site. All in all, the service is smooth.

I had a great experience in Aster pharmacy in Al Barsha 1 ..Gem is so sweet, she's doing excellent job and very accomodating and friendly....Highly recommended....

Three problems extremely slow service as person seemed not very trained, medicines not in stock and saying medicine not covered by insurace when they have been covered for the last two years.nVery slow, wasted one hour for a simple Cough Syrup and then simple anti allergy is not available then no home delivery came out empty handed now have to go to another Aster Pharmacy. Complete waste of time worst Aster pharmacy ever. Fix it Aster Management. Even mentioned medicine not covered but it was covered and we got the medicine from other pharmacy.

Had an excellent experience with Aster pharmacy in Motor City. They responded quickly to my inquiry and kept in touch regarding insurances. The only problem I had was my medication did not arrive in a chilled container or with an ice bag which made me wonder if it would be effective. Time will tell. This may be a problem with the delivery company but I do feel that Aster pharmacy should make sure of these conditions before sending the medication with their chosen delivery company.
