I fixed my veneer at Nagem Clinic in Motor City.nThe veneer on my teeth was damaged and fell off. When I went back to the clinic to have it fixed, they refused to repair it unless I paid extra. They claimed the warranty was only for one year, but I was originally told by the doctor before that it was covered for five years. I asked them to check their system, and there was no mention of a one-year warranty. They lied to me. I even saw the receptionist call the laboratory in front of me to request the invoice by email. Then, the doctor suddenly came out and falsely claimed they had contacted Dr. Ali and the laboratory, both of whom supposedly said there was no warranty. This is dishonest behavior, and I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with this clinic because they deceived me.

The clinic is small but the staff make up for it. They’re so polite and welcoming. You feel at ease when you walk in and greeted nicely.nDr Thara Mahmoud is one of the best dentists I’ve visited. I went to this clinic with an emergency and very complicated case concerning an abscess that was large, and a surgical extraction. I was in so much pain and in tears.
