Greetingsnthis is the only place in the entire region that is offering OPEN UPRIGHT MRI. The staff was outstanding , the whole experience from appointment to Scan to report delivery was immaculatenOnly drawback was that since I was paying from my own resources even after discount it was a bit expensive.

Most convenient place to get MRI done, very efficient staff, very cooperative & helpful. For people who are unable to do normal MRI scan done due to complications while lying down, this is the best solution

As uncomfortable as an MRI can be, this company really works to make it as bearable as possible. An open machine is actually quite manageable, despite the discomfort of leaning my body weight on an injured shoulder throughout. It’s necessary to capture the image. When you press the alarm, they stop the machine instantly and come to check what you need, so you never feel trapped. Very reassuring.nnThe facility itself is not particularly luxurious or glamorous, and is a little difficult to find (it’s behind the building on the address, entry at the back - follow the red line on the pavement.) This was the reason for one star less. However it’s professional and clean. Although the toilets could use more frequent tidying :)nnMost importantly, they *respond* when you contact them, and are not just a fake agent, redirecting you to some random other company in the middle of nowhere with a different name. When you book with American MRI, you go to the American MRI branded clinic for the treatment.nnThe staff are friendly and professional, (though not American; that refers to the machine, not the company), and they really make an extremely uncomfortable and stressful experience as bearable as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who is claustrophobic or anxious.

Great experience at American Upright MRI. The staff was very patient with my father, who struggles with claustrophobia, allowing him to adjust comfortably and even pausing the procedure when needed. The results were also ready quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended for anyone needing an open upright MRI with attentive care
