If you are struggling with stubborn frown wrinkles Dr Peymaneh should be your go to doctor! I've tried with different doctors before but she was the only one who was able to fix my forehead. I am very satisfied with this service.

I have been a regular customer since June 2022, and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On three separate occasions, my bookings were wrong when I arrived at the facility, causing me to waste my time and to go home without receiving the services I had scheduled.nnTo make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and dismissive when I tried to address these issues. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Additionally, I recently requested a refund because I can no longer use the service due to medical related issue, but my request was refused.nnAs a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and consideration. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer service and booking system to avoid future issues.

Do not visit this clinic! They treat customers who have been loyal for years, in a terrible manner. I had been using a service for 2 years with them at AED500 and all of a sudden, they change the price to AED900 for the exact same service. I asked to speak with the manager regarding this and my request was ignored many times. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service and business operations that increase their prices with such a significant amount, especially to loyal customers. Very disappointing and will definitely be moving clinics.

Recently I had 2 procedures with Dr Peymaneh. I’m very satisfied with the results. I had botox and chin filler procedures. I liked her unique techniques to inject the botox, and form the shape of the chin. I tried same procedures in different clinic before but results were not as good as I expected. Professional, very kind and lovely doctor. And all the staff are friendly, caring and responsible. I’m really grateful for the clinic for quality service.

My first time to undergo procedure.nI needed a long time to decide. Gladly, I ended up doing it. Thanks to Dr Peymaneh who nicely explained to me everything. That is a big factor. As some of the Dr's at other clinic are not explaining things well.nBut Dr Peymaneh was able to explained it. Will definitely come back!
