I had a terrible experience at NMC Satwa. The clinic is poorly managed, and I had to wait for over an hour just to get a token. When they referred me to NMC Al Quoz, they didn’t provide proper guidance. Upon arrival, the staff at Al Quoz were unaware of my referral, and I ended up waiting for over an hour for confirmation. This is unfair to customers and shows a lack of coordination and respect for our time.
I really appreciate NMC Doctors and Nurses and staff they are very supportive and helpful and caring for patients They diagnosed quickly the patient especially DR Rema GP she’s very responsive and respectful
