More than 10 years i am dealing with amazing Doctor ever Masseffa. Always being honest with me and telling you if the treatment will be benifet for you. The way she is dealing with us as clients including kind and welcoming to any question. I like her way of educating me when she giving information. Masseffa always is the best. All her staff are lovely, kind and quick responding ppl.
Pathetic and rude staff, they asked me to come for jaw botox and made me wait for one hour and later told me that they dont provide this service. Waste of time
I have an eczema all around my body. I have spoken to Dr.Shamma Al Mammari and she guided me to this clinic with Dr.Massefa.nI’ve booked an appointment early in October. Dr. Massefa treated me so well, by the way I came all the way from Oman, within the first 3 days I have notice the there is some change to the better. And would advise anyone who have any skin issues do not hesitate to go to this clinic you will not regret.nThe only thing that made me regret that I have postponed my case till late.nnI will advise anybody suaver from skin problem to visit this clinic.nI was treated well as an continuous patient whereas it was my first time to be there.nnAt the end I would like to thank Dr.Massefa and also Dr. Shamma Al Mammari who guide.nnThank you alot🙏🏻
The doctor is good she gives you time to discuss but asked me to do other procedures to prepare my skin for the procedure I intended to do which I didn't have plan to do and those were costly... The front desk two ladies at the reception and one lady at the cashier are unprofessional and don't know how to deal with customers at all
