NMC Royal Medical Centre Karama Abu Dhabi

I visited NMC Karama, Abu Dhabi hospital from May 2023 to January 2024 for prenatal checkups. Dr. Archana was my gynecologist. She is an incredible and dedicated doctor taken a good care of my pre and post natal.nDr Archana has demonstrated exceptional expertise and empathy throughout my pregnancy journey. The best thing about her is that she listens to your concerns and provides clear explanations at every step. Knowing that she is just a WhatsApp message away provides immense peace of mind. Whether it's a quick question or a concern that needs addressing, she responds promptly with the utmost care, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to her patients' well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person.nI wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during the visit. From the security staff and receptionists to the nurses, lab technicians, and pharmacists, every individual I interacted with was not only professional but also incredibly kind and caring.nThe level of attention and compassion shown to me made a significant difference during a challenging time, and I truly appreciate it. I will recommend Dr. Archana to every expectant mother I know.

Dr Maha Alnemer is nothing short of an exceptional doctor and gynaecologist, she is patient, kind has excellent communication and goes above and beyond for her patients. It is not easy to find this level of attentiveness in the UAE!

I would like to thank the NMC royal karama team for being extremely kind and supportive of my fathers treatment. The reception staff Mr. Samir is always helpful, and the doctor goes the extra mile to always answer our queries in person or even through the phone. Also, the ultra sound technician Wassel was helpful and patient throughout the procedure. Thank you, NMC Karama team, for the great service.

I would like to recommend Dr.Safaa for taking care of me, he’s having this great attitude towards his patient, he’s treating each patient like a special guest. I find comfort and safe with him, like he already know whats best for me. He really cares for the patient. Thank you very much Dr.Safaa and to all the staffs of NMC karamah from the guards to the receptionist, from the guest service whos greating every patient and offering some coffees and drinks, and to the nursing assistants especially Joanny even though it’s very busy that time i came, she’s very attentive to each patient. This kind of service and attention is very hard to find now, even in other hospitals you cannot find like this treatment. I am grateful that i’m being taken care of professional persons here. It’s very hard to find now a staff them that is why I’m recommending this NMC karama to my friends coz i feel im safe and comfortable. Thank you and kudos to all.

Long wait for the doctor during the weekend, one person in the pharmacy it takes forever to get medicine. Pediatrics Dr. She refused to my son because she has 6 cases. For such a name and private hospital they should have better service. Not recommended.👎
