REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (NOT MEDICAL SERVICES, WHICH ARE EXCELLENT)nnWe had an extremely frustrating experience with this hospital’s billing department. Despite multiple requests, we have yet to receive the detailed invoices for medical consultations in January and May 2024. We’ve even sent follow-up emails, messages on their app, called and visited the billing department in person, where we were assured that the invoices would be sent within a week. It’s now been MONTHS, and we’re still waiting.nnThis has prevented us from submitting claims to our insurance company, as they require detailed invoices for reimbursement. It’s unacceptable that we should have to chase the hospital for something as basic as an invoice. In our experience, all other clinics and hospitals provide invoices immediately after a consultation.nnThis is not the first time we’ve had issues with this hospital’s billing system, and we’ve thoroughly disappointed. We hope they resolve this matter soon and improve their processes for future patients. While the medical care here has been great, we personally decided not to deal with this hospital again. We simply don’t have the time or energy to deal with such administrative aggravation.

I was assisted by Ismail Kavu from the VIP team, and his service was exceptionally professional. He was highly knowledgeable about all the corridors, exits, and shortcuts, making my experience seamless. He even arranged smooth transfers between my appointments. Upon my arrival at the VIP area, I was able to get my medicine from the pharmacy without any hassle. Special thanks to him and his supervisor for their outstanding support.

the respiratory therapist jennifer she explained to me everything and was accomodating in answering all my questions as well as the nurse for Dr Khaled Saleh Pulmonulogist they are welcoming and even the reception for the RT clinic she edited my name in the system because it was wrongly done before She is a local. Thank you for the warmest accomodation I received for my visit today.

Amazing treatment from every person I met today. I have never experienced such excellent medical care from such a professional and genuinely friendly team. Thank you all so much!

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is providing exceptional care for my mother during her two-month stay. The entire staff, from the surgeons and nurses to the security and housekeeping personnel, were incredibly professional and compassionate. Their dedication to my mother's comfort and well-being, even during her end-of-life journey, was truly touching. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care they provided.
