I received a call from the clinic confirming my appointment for 6:15 PM on Sunday. As usual, I prepared myself and made sure to arrive at the clinic by 6:15. I even arrived a bit earlier. I completed the booking, filled out the insurance information, and started waiting. I ended up waiting for around 2 hours. No kidding. Eventually, I got frustrated and left the clinic. It feels like they do not respect the time of their patients.

I've been going for laser sessions with Nina for the past two years. She's absolutely incredible and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend her!
I was unsure what to expect from my first laser session, but the experience has been splendid because of Donata's treatment. She is very kind to her clients, making sure they feel comfortable throughout the laser sessions. She also makes sure to inform her clients of all the step required prior and post the sessions. She is quite diligent in her work and it's been a pleasure to be her client.
