OccuMed Clinic

Recently I visited occumed for adonc offshore medical,my experience was quite disappointing.Completely confused by the information I received from reception, I repeated the blood test again and paid extra. Sorry to say, the staff attitude towards clients needs improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting occumed clinic and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a genuine willingness to assist.nnThe entire staff deserves commendation for their professionalism and efficiency, but I would like to specifically highlight *Ashwathy.* Her cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile instantly put me at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly enhanced my experience.nnThe clinic itself is was clean, modern and well-organized. Overall, my visit to occumed clinic was a positive one, thanks in large part to the outstanding customer service provided by Ashwathy and the rest of the team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who might need their services in a welcoming and professional environment.

Overall experience was good except only one thing,which is who is sitting in spirometry room she(egotist) is behaving very roughly and badly and she is scoffing and bantering in front of other people’s..nPlease advise her to behave very politely and calmly..Due to this type of staff, no one will come to your clinic (Appreciating all other staffs except this lady)nLooking forward to your valuable reply on this matter.!

Nurse Ashwathy was compassionate and professional. She made my visit comfortable and took time to explain every procedure. Truly exceptional care

Very worst Experience. Came for ADNOC Medical and booked in VIP Section. Still waited for 2 hours to get my registration done. They are simply keeping the EID in the queue but I noticed that lot of patients were bypassing the queue with the support of the clinic staff who is registering .nnThis is purely not acceptable. Then why we need to book in VIP Provision.nnBut after that the examination are Very quick and they gave preference. Sending me without waiting anywhere.
