Prime Medical Center – Nad Al Hamar (Union Coop Mall)

I had an appointment with a doctor scheduled for 2 pm. When the nurse was doing an assessment she said that I should wait because the doctor is busy with another patient. I waited for 20 mins. When I approached a lady at the reception desk and asked her how long I should wait, she said that there were two patients before me. I asked how could it happen if appointments are scheduled for a certain time. She said that those patients came earlier than me and I was not given any further clarifications.

I have been to this branch of the Prime Clinic multiple times over the past few months and wverytime I was greeted with a smile and attentive care from the doctors and nurses. My doctor, Dr. Lobna has been an incredible support through my treatment and has made available to me almost 24/7. The care went well above normal standards of care, I really appreciate all that they have done for me.

The best gynecologist you can find in town is Dr. Lobna. She is the one that I am pregnant today. She always make sure that she give best treatment to her patients and especially now that I am pregnant she always make sure that I am doing well and that I feel better every single day. I love her the most and she’s the best gynecologist you can find in UAE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

All nursing staffs are very polite and humble. They take care of patients very well. Dr. Abdullah is very professional and Nicely manage kids during consultation. I really appreciate the way Dr. Abdullah treat the kids.
