They have great variety of food to choose and low-calorie food with every morning delivery.nFresh fish, shrimp, meat are prepared in different ways. Salads are always green and there are no spoiled leaves.nThe food is balanced and suitable even for toddler. Initially, you need to leave a deposit for a refrigerator bag which is around 150 aed. First order comes with discount. Professional and friendly support from customers service.

It’s my second week with Prep and Co and I’m loving it! Great and huge selection of meals every week with fresh and healthy ingredients. It’s my 4th meal plan company and my favorite by far. I particularly love the different options of international cuisine, keto, vegan, etc. Maya, the nutritionist, is the star of the company. She’s so friendly, helpful and caring. I can’t praise her enough.
