I had a perianal abscess that turned into a fistula. I started the treatment with a different doctor, however after multiple surgeries there was no improvement. Eventually, the doctor suggested to do a fistulotomy which had a high risk of incontinence. I was not confident to continue with that doctor.nnThankfully, after switching to Dr. Maher, he successfully treated the fistula with no further complications.
