One of the best buildings I've lived in. The watchmen take very good care of the building. Excellent maintenance team and fast. Little bit pricey.nNegative aspects: 1. The 2 BHK do not have master bedrooms. 2. No free gym. 3. The free Parking is on the other building owned by almawarid company.nPositive aspects: 1. Chiller free. 2. Spacious flats. 3. Everything needed is around you.

Fancy centre, prayer room, parking, it's suitable for wheelchairs in parking and Entrance, air conditioned, it has also sky 24 club GYM and swimming pool, caribou coffee. Most of the center has view of the lack
It’s a huge center, sort of like a mini mall with cafeterias, real estate, medical centers, immigration consultants, trading, what not? The entrance is spacious with many lifts that operate efficiently even with so many floors usually one is available soon. It’s surprising that despite it appearing as a honeycomb, at the end of the day all offices are easily accessible. Well for me it was so.
