It was my first visit and probably the last, I came for facial and the dermatologist kept insisting that I do “ a whole session “ of I don’t know what exactly, and when I told her that I’m only here for just the facial she kept telling me how my face is full of pimples, dry and it will stay for a long time and kept on repeating and say negative things about my face the whole session, although I told her that I don’t want anything else, she kept insisting that I need a lot of different procedures not just facial! I didn’t came to feel shamed or insulted or to feel insecure about my face, all I wanted was to pamper myself a little with facial! I wanted to go out of there feeling better about myself not worse!👎

I came in for a session of micro needling for scar treatment and Dr. Alaa was very gentle during the entire procedure. With very little downtime, I have loved the effect on my skin after. The staff were very friendly and the clinic was very relaxing.

I had an excellent experience at Dr Khalid AlNuami clinic especially with Dr Sara and the nurses; however I would like to point out few suggestions before someone books there.nI had a difficult time communicating with the receptionist GhadeernI advise you to agree on the prices with the doctor or with the manager and pay through a receptionist other than ghadeer because she raised the price that the doctor originally gave menThe customer service with her was not smooth at allnThe manager however was very sweet and helpful. Dr sara again was exquisite with fillers+Botox and the nurses as well - all in all was a great ambience
