I highly recommend and my experience with the clinic has always been excellent. All of the nurses are friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to walk you through each step of treatment. They are patient and showed their expertise when I asked questions which allowed me to trust them and put me at ease

The place is quite exquisite and the staff is very friendly.nThe treatments are budget friendly and up to the mark. I feel quite satisfied with there service.

I used to be a patient there, I completely agree with all (1) star reviews, and on 5th of October 2024 I faced this guy claim that he’s the manager came to me with an attitude, trying to convince me that I’m the one who needs their service by raising his voice, and the complete story is there was a manager before him, and she promised me with an extra laser session, but unfortunately she didn’t wrote that in a note within the system which made that manager offer me another three session package with one session free, which I actually deserve without that sessions that I was offered by him, and that free session was given to me based on the delay that I had waiting in the clinic for 4 hours more than my reservation time based on lack of time management, and yes, they only care about money. Technicians are not involved in this because they’re just doing their job but the attitude that I kept on getting from the receptionist and the manager (bold guy) on the other hand and to be fair (there is one local receptionist she’s always smiling and gives positive vibes and really helpful always helping out patients, so this review is not including her)nBut the rest are all true and this is my last time visiting here.

Not even 1 start … Worst clinic I have ever been to. So nice before you pay they know you but right after you pay they forget who you even are. They will tell you come for appointment at4pm then after 7:30 they will start your service, 2,3 will be wast in waiting and in this HOT weather there AC not working

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I waited for over two hours, and the smile procedure I received was very expensive. Worse yet, my teeth fell out afterward. Do not trust them—they are impostors.nnThere is an employee named Alaa who is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with people. Please, avoid this clinic at all costs.
